Conference registration
The registration fee includes:
- Conference materials
- Lunch
- Coffee breaks
- Welcome reception (Tuesday evening)

If you are not currently member of the International Society for Gesture Studies, you can either choose to join ISGS now (click here for info on how to do this) and pay the fees specified above, or you can pay the registration fees for non-members, as specified below:

The last day for Early registration is May 15.
All fees include 25% VAT. For some of you, it may be possible to apply for a refund of this VAT. This is normally handled by the employer/university in the country where you live and they are the ones who will be able to tell you if it is possible or not. The rules vary from country to country.
Registration is done through the registration site, where you can also:
- Reserve hotel rooms at a discounted price. Read about the available hotel deals in this PDF file. Bed and breakfasts and youth hostels cannot be reserved through this system and there are no special discount prices for these options connected to the conference. See the practical info page for info on youth hostels and bed and breakfasts.
- Specify whether you would like to join the conference dinner and other social events.
- Indicate whether you need a sign language interpreter.

The ISGS 5 conference is now over and we would like to thank everyone involved for their contributions! If you have photos from the event that you would like us to put up at the web site, please send them to us. If you presented a poster at the conference and want us to put this up on the website, please send that too. The posters will be put up on a password protected page — to avoid concerns with not yet published results — and the password will be sent out to all conference participants.

About posters: The boards that will be used for holding the posters on ISGS5 are 90 centimeters wide and 190 centimeters high. An email with more info will be sent out to all Poster presenters.
